I am mainly looking the work of the project Site Specific. The main ones that interest me are London.
The image has been taken in black and white. With the main subject being a building in London called 30 St Mary Axe (otherwise known as The Gherkin). The building itself has been made up of lines the building only. I feel that this works well without anything else distracting. The photo also has no noticeable reflection of the Gherkin in other buildings.
This is done the same as the photo above. In black and white with the building made up of just lines. The building in this photo, this time, is St. Pauls Cathedral. I do find that St. Pauls is lighter than the Gherkin. It also has much more detail as the St. Pauls itself has more detail in the building. I think I prefer it when the lines of the building are more simplified.
This image has been done differently to the above images. The subject of the image being The Shard. Here the background of the image has been added out. Leaving slight detail of its surroundings. The building itself keeping all the details.
I find the styles of this work having a graphical effect. Especially with the use of the lines.
