Other Techniques

Other techniques that I have done are sticking and making holes.

For stitching, I decided to use wool as it is thicker.

The wool has been stitched into the pattern following the lines. The way it has been scanned makes it look like it was originally part of the photograph. It would be interesting to see it be re-worked into.

The other is holes in the photograph in a certain area.

The holes were created by using a needle. I decided to do this in the background. I find this technique interesting. When looking at the photograph the light shines through the holes. This is not shown clearly on the scan.
